David V. Roth has extensive experience in the prosecution and defense of a wide range of civil matters including claims of wrongful death, brain injury, catastrophic orthopedic injuries, and food borne illnesses.  He has litigated and tried matters involving construction site injuries, manufacturing and warehouse accidents, catastrophic fire and water loss incidents, auto accidents, toxic tort injuries, land disputes, insurance coverage disputes, and outbreaks of food borne illnesses.

Mr. Roth began his career in asbestos litigation.  In late 1999 he helped start the firm of Cholakian & Associates.  In 2002, he joined the national firm of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith and was elevated to Partner in 2003.

David V. Roth was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA.  He moved to Northern California to attend the University of California at Santa Cruz from where he studied Politics and Theatre.  He received a B.A. in 1992.  He received his law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1997.  He was honored at graduation for his community service and received a certificate in litigation.   He remains active with his law school volunteering for the Appellate Advocacy and Mock Trial programs at Golden Gate.  Mr. Roth lives in Concord and serves clients throughout the Bay Area including Contra Costa County.
